Sphere buyers need confidence that data is relevant, properly licensed, technically accessible, and easy to evaluate. Solutions engineering sits at that intersection.
You will work directly with technical buyers, translate requirements into data packages, support integrations, and feed product gaps back into the roadmap.
What you'll do
- Support buyer evaluations, technical discovery, data previews, API walkthroughs, and integration planning.
- Translate customer requirements into clear data packaging, metadata, delivery, and access-control needs.
- Partner with engineering to improve buyer-facing APIs, documentation, data delivery, and workflow tooling.
- Create repeatable technical materials that shorten sales cycles and improve buyer trust.
You may be a fit if
- You have experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, developer success, or data infrastructure.
- You can communicate clearly with machine learning, data, security, legal, and business stakeholders.
- You are comfortable reading API docs, debugging integrations, handling technical objections, and writing lightweight scripts.
- You enjoy working close to customers while still staying deep in product and technical details.
