You will build the first scalable data operations motion, combining process design, tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and hands-on execution.
What you'll do
- Run and improve workflows for data intake, review, categorization, enrichment, QA, and buyer delivery.
- Design operating procedures, dashboards, and escalation paths that keep quality high as volume grows.
- Work with engineering to automate manual steps and turn recurring operational needs into product features.
- Coordinate with creators, data partners, and buyers to keep marketplace supply accurate and usable.
